New Construction Home Tour {Client}

Sometimes, my weeks fly by with so many different projects going on.  (Not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing) But I have been dying to reveal the home tour of a new construction home I have been working on for about 10 months now.  I LOVE new construction design because I get to start from scratch and really help families through the process of building their dream home.  From the flooring, to paint colors, to finishes, to all the little details in between like the lighting, I love all of the decisions and planning that comes with new construction.

For anyone who hasn't gone through the building process before, it can be very overwhelming.  Even for a professional like me sometimes.  It never gets easier because every project is different and every client is different.  I can't recommend hiring a professional to help you through the decision making process more.   I highly, highly recommend hiring a designer when building a home, especially a custom home, because there are a lot of decisions that have to be made, it is a very involved process, and without a clear outlook or plan, it can become very challenging to create a custom, personalized, unique home.

Here is the reveal.  I hope you love it as much as I do!  I think the master bathroom might just be my favorite space of the entire home!!  Which room is your favorite?!?

Photos were taken shortly after the homeowners moved in.  So, there are still a lot of decorating details in the works.  All photos were taken by Mimi Barry Photography.

If you are planning on building a custom home in the future, contact me today to discuss my rates for helping you through the building process.  It is best to hire me early in the process before you start making decisions on finishes and fixtures.  My services for new construction include everything from exterior finish selections, interior finish selections including cabinetry and flooring, to paint selections, and lighting plans and selections.  I would love to help you create your dream home without the stress and hassle of juggling everything yourself.
